Why now

Your Customers Are Asking for Product-Level Emissions

[Placeholder: the specific driver and market go here once confirmed — customer requests, regulation, tenders.]

Two ways to calculate

Start From Your Product or From Your Plant

Top-down

BOM PCF

Start from the finished product and break it down into everything that goes into it, including materials, suppliers, transport and energy.

Best for straightforward products with a set recipe, like the ones in your ERP.

Bottom-up

Process PCF

Start from your sites and equipment, then follow the flows through your production line to each product you make.

Best for complex production flows, with many connected steps and branching outputs.

Use one method, or combine both across your product lines.

How it works

How BOM PCF Works

From one SKU to a finished report in four steps.

Step 01

Add Your Product

Enter the SKU, production year, customer and order number, so each footprint matches a real shipment.

Step 02

Build the Recipe

Add raw materials and supplier splits from your existing recipes. The balance check turns green when the recipe adds up to 100%.

Step 03

Add Transport and Energy

Log inbound shipping by mode and distance, plus the energy your process uses. A built-in warning flags double counting when a supplier’s factor already includes transport.

Step 04

Calculate and Share

Choose your boundary (at your gate, or delivered to your customer), see the breakdown by category, and export a branded PDF report.

How it works

How Process PCF Works

Built on the asset data you already use for corporate carbon reporting, so your team collects it once.

Step 01

Map Your Production Line

Draw your process as connected blocks on a canvas, from purchasing and inbound transport through manufacturing and delivery. Split each output by percentage wherever your flow branches.

Step 02

Attach Your Assets

Assign the facilities, equipment and energy sources you already track to the blocks they belong to, so every active asset is accounted for.

Step 03

Set Stages and Units

Tag each block by life cycle stage and value chain phase (upstream, core, downstream, or your own), and set the unit it produces, like a kilogram of washed flakes.

Step 04

Calculate per Unit

Emissions flow through your splits to every output, giving you a footprint per unit at each stage, with a full breakdown you can export.

Under the hood

Built for Real Manufacturing Data

01

Your Factors First

Supplier-specific emission factors, with country and region grid defaults where you don’t have them.

02

Keep Suppliers Confidential

Confidential supplier and material codes in place of names.

03

One Group, One Data Set

Shared materials, suppliers and customers across every company in your group.

04

Load Your Whole Catalog

Bulk upload with column mapping for large catalogs.

05

Lock It When It’s Final

Lock finished footprints against edits.
